Responsibilities
Covering the US market (mainly), APAC and EMEA (upon request);
Working on generic AP mailboxes to gather invoices provided by vendors;
Processing the invoices;
Processing the regular and ad-hoc payments from various corporate banks;
Contact with internal clients and external vendors in written form;
Performing the AP reconciliations;
Performing the AP month end activities;
Providing the support in vendor creation process;
Working hours: 1st shift: 8:00am CET - 4:00pm CET OR 9:00am CET - 5:00pm CET/ 2nd shift: 1:00pm CET - 9:00pm CET (depending on the weekly calendar).
Qualifications
Financial higher education degree completed (or soon to be completed);
1 year of relevant AP experience;
Flexibility to work on 2nd shift (1:00pm CET - 9:00pm CET) to cover US assigned tasks (2-3 times per week);
Experience in AP reconciliations;
Experience in AP tools (ideally in MS D365);
Multitasking person;
Results oriented person (especially taking care of payments on time and current backlog);
Easiness in verbal and written communication on professional level;
Available to work 3 days a week from the Katowice office.
