Role Overview
We're seeking a seasoned P2P specialist to manage and improve our Procure-to-Pay functions across our global operations. You'll oversee everything from accounts payable and vendor payments to employee expenses, ensuring efficient processes, strong internal controls, and compliance with all relevant tax and regulatory requirements. In this role you'll:- Lead and optimize the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
- Oversee accounts payable, vendor payments, and employee expense management with a focus on process automation and standardization.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and tech teams to improve systems and tools that support P2P workflows.
- Oversee the bank payments process, ensuring strong internal controls and timely execution of vendor and other payments; ensure maintaining accurate vendor master data.
- Participate in the monthly period closing
- Support audit team during annual audit of the Company
- Support with local tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and improve the Company’s processes – issue of sales invoices, purchases, etc.
Whilst we are commencing the search in Warsaw, we will be extending the parameters to include other European locations including London and Barcelona shortly.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum of five years of finance experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting and reporting principles under IFRS.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrable experience working within or partnering with technology companies.
