Overview
- Executing communication and adaptation projects for European markets under the guidance of your supervisor;
- Building and maintaining good relations with the client;
- Preparing client presentations, schedules, and project summaries;
- Ensuring high quality and timeliness of completed tasks;
- Working closely with other agency department: production;
- Supporting the supervisor in administrative tasks on ongoing projects on selected categories.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or marketing department;
- Organizational and task prioritization skills;
- Responsibility for assigned tasks;
- Ability to easily establish contact and build a long-term relationship with the client;
- Conscientiousness and commitment to projects;
- Excellent time and work organization skills;
- Very good verbal and written English and Polish language skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Ability to easily learn and operate new programs and platforms.
